With over 17 years of experience assisting clients achieve their dreams of buying and selling real estate, Ron carries a proven track record of expertise within the industry. A native Washingtonian himself, Ron spent his first few decades in the Greater Seattle area where he raised his family and managed his own business designing and building custom homes from the ground up.
In 2006, inspired by this new chapter as “empty nesters”, he and his wife Sandy decided to take a leap and relocate to Birch Bay. This place that had been a favorite destination of theirs over the years, was now home. In 2007 he made the decision to transition into real estate, and later became broker and owner of Birch Bay Realty, Inc.
