Meet Ron Kulman – Owner and Managing Broker
For most of my life I have been an entrepreneur focusing on serving the needs of others and providing services that enhanced others lives and helped them build their dreams and visions. I spent 25 years as a general contractor building custom log homes. Doing everything from land development, designing, permitting, to a completely finished custom home.
Along the way I never lost sight of my goal of customer first. I brought those goals and experience to Birch Bay in 2007 when I started in real estate. I feel my years of land development and building, plus my love of the community and people bring a great balance of skills to help others complete their real estate goals and dreams whether buying or selling.
After 12 years working as a broker at Birch Bay Village Realty the owner has decided to retire and I have recently bought and taken over the business.
